What are the vendor guidelines and requirements? We’re excited to welcome vendors who offer family-friendly products and services that align with the spirit of Kidapalooza—an event designed for children and families! Our goal is to create a safe, fun, and engaging experience for all attendees. To maintain this atmosphere, we ask that all vendor offerings be appropriate for all ages. Items or services that are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for a family-friendly environment will not be permitted. Additionally, businesses promoting alcohol, controlled substances, or related products cannot participate in the festival. 📌 Vendor Legal Requirements: To ensure a smooth and compliant event, all vendors must confirm they have the necessary permits and approvals to operate within the Town of Mammoth Lakes. This may include a business license, health permits, or fire safety approvals, depending on the type of goods or services you offer. ⚠️ It is the vendor’s responsibility to check and secure any required permits. Vendors without proper authorization may not be able to participate. 💡 Need More Information? For guidance on specific requirements, please visit the Town of Mammoth Lakes or the Mono County Health Department. We encourage you to reach out directly to ensure everything is in place before the event! We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to having you as part of Kidapalooza! 🎉

Do vendors need to provide their own equipment?Yes! To maintain a consistent and professional event look, all vendors are required to have a 10x10 tent as part of their setup. Vendors are also responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, and signage to showcase their business or organization. For safety, all outdoor tents must be properly secured with weights or tie-downs to withstand wind and weather conditions. ⏳ Special setups: If your setup does not require a tent, please reach out to us in advance for approval—we’re happy to review special requests on a case-by-case basis. You’ll also have the opportunity to indicate this in the application. If you have any questions about setup requirements, feel free to contact us!
